Shrubs: We lightly prune all shrubs and plants (including roses, unless otherwise specified) in landscaped areas with a gas-powered hedge trimmer, pruning shears and loppers.
Trees: We “limb up” or “crown lift” all small trees up to 12′ in height (unless otherwise specified) in landscaped areas with a gas-powered hedge trimmer, pruning shears, loppers and hand saws. We do not use gas-powered chain saws.
Beds: We hand pull large weeds and light amounts of grass. Excessive grass and weed growth will be removed with a gas-powered string trimmer and cut as low as possible.
Disposal: We bag all clippings in bio-degradable lawn bags, cut branches to 3′ lengths and bundle with twine and leave curbside per the City of Frisco residential yard waste guidelines. We supply all lawn bags and twine at no additional charge. Haul-away and off-site disposal services are available upon request and for an additional charge.
A tree & shrub trimming service is highly subjective; therefore, unless prior arrangements are made with our office staff when scheduling the appointment, our team will lightly prune and shape plants as outlined above under “Our Approach”.
Service Rates:
We charge $125 per hour with time rounded up in 15 minute increments ($500 job minimum). Billable time starts when we arrive at the property and stops when we leave the property.
*Most “builder-installed” landscaping beds will take 2-3 hours depending on time since last maintenance.
*Haul-away and off-site disposal services are available upon request and for an additional charge.
