Our Landscaping Design Process
On-Site Consultation
Our Prosper, Texas landscaping design team will collaborate with you throughout the project starting with a 1 hour on-site consultation to understand the following: your particular style and needs, how you will interact with the new space, your vision of the finished product and to help establish a budget to accomplish the desired outcome of your project.
Following that, we will discuss landscape plants, hardscape materials such as natural stone (chopped stone/flagstone) and/or manufactured stone (paver/brick) that may be used for a retaining wall, patio, fire pit, etc….
Property Site Evaluation
During the latter part of the initial consult, our designer will perform a site evaluation noting property grades/slopes and soil types, any obstructions, existing irrigation systems, calculate available natural lighting around the property for new plant material considerations, measure the property and proposed work areas and take photos.
Landscape Design (initial)
Using information collected during the on-site consultation and property site evaluation, our design team will create your design using the latest 3D software technology where they will import measurements and photos taken of your Prosper residence to create an exact rendering of the space and proposed project.
Digital Design Presentation
Once the design has been completed, our designer will meet with you in person to present your digital design. During this interactive presentation, you will see a 3D digital version of your property and landscape project. Depending on customer feedback during the presentation, design adjustments can be made at this time.
Landscape Design (final)
The finalized landscape design, including any applicable revisions, will be e-mailed to you along with an estimate for the entire project. We will follow-up with you in 1-2 days to answer any questions that you may have about the design or estimate and schedule an installation date.
Landscape Design Fee
Our design fees range from $500-$700 for most landscaping projects between $3,000-$10,000 and increases with larger project scopes. Hire us to complete your project within 30 days of receiving the final landscape design and we’ll credit $100 of your ($500) design fee on the final invoice for any job over $3,000 or credit $200 of your ($700) design fee on the final invoice for any job over $5,000.
