Our one of a kind “truly green” organic lawn maintenance service uses only quality products to enhance the look and health of your lawn. We are passionate about providing environmentally friendly lawn care services as well as pet friendly lawn care services. This means free of toxic chemicals and safe for your whole family.
Our maintenance program contributes to the well being of our community by eliminating the use of synthetic lawn chemicals. Even this small commitment prevents thousand of gallons of chemicals being dumped on lawns throughout Frisco and surrounding communities.
We believe that you shouldn’t have to choose between having a healthy green lawn and a healthy family and community.
Is Organic Worth It?
We absolutely think so! Chemical (or synthetic) lawn treatments change the overall makeup of your lawn’s most precious commodity….your soil. Every single year, the chemicals used to control weeds and fertilize lawns come under legal scrutiny for their potential health and environmental hazards. This is a concern for all of us. Our “truly green” organic lawn care service is the solution.
Our 8-Application Program
We will treat your lawn up to 8 times each calendar year. Depending on the time of year, the treatment will include any of the following applications:
Organic Fertilizer Application: our organic fertilizer is a liquid or granular formula containing high concentrations of nitrogen to give your soil the boost that it needs. Other organic ingredients include fish, seaweed and molasses.
Organic Pre-Emergent Weed Application: our organic pre-emergent treatment consists of corn gluten. This will either be delivered in a granular or a liquid depending on availability. Corn gluten acts as a barrier to prevent weed seeds from germinating.
Organic Post-Emergent Weed Spot Spraying: Using a combination of organic, mineral and natural oil products, we can effectively eliminate existing broadleaf weeds. Due to the high concentrations of minerals and natural oils in our weed treatment, we spot treat broadleaf weeds and do not blanket spray lawns.
WINTER: Pre-Emergent application, Post-Emergent spot spraying
EARLY SPRING: Pre-Emergent application, Post-Emergent spot spraying
SPRING: Fertilizer application, Post-Emergent spot spraying
EARLY SUMMER: Fertilizer application

LATE SUMMER: Fertilizer application

WHAT DOES AN ORGANIC LAWN LOOK LIKE?
An organic lawn should be a lush, green color and the turf should be thick, dense with blades of grass. How long it takes to achieve this kind of turf depends greatly on the state of your lawn when you transition to an organic lawn maintenance program. In addition, regularly aerating and overseeding your lawn are great ways to promote further growth and soil health.
